Elisa has also worked as an Independent Researcher at the Mayor's Office in Sucre and as an External Researcher at Datanalisis. Elisa holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Economics from Universidad Metropolitana.
