Elisa Donadi has experience working as a Manager at Rebel, where Elisa also held the titles of Senior Consultant and Consultant. Prior to that, Elisa worked as a Consultant at Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on data analysis and decentralization policy in Ecuador. Elisa also has experience as a Management Trainee & Insights Executive at British American Tobacco, where Elisa worked on pricing strategies and reducing Illicit Trade in the Venezuela-Colombia border. Elisa has also worked as an Independent Researcher at the Mayor's Office in Sucre and as an External Researcher at Datanalisis. Elisa holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Economics from Universidad Metropolitana.
