Lara Mikocki is a Global Brand Strategist at Rebel since October 2021, focusing on the intersection of finance and conscious improvements. Previously, Lara worked at Boomerang, part of Publicis Groupe, where notable contributions included founding the communication platform Boomerang Talks and the impact program Boomerang for Better, implementing Amsterdam's Doughnut Model. Lara has also served as Lead Strategist & Copywriter, developing social communication strategies for major clients such as IBM and Heineken. Other roles include Co-Creator & Subject Matter Expert at NewTechKids, Freelance Contributor for Frame Publishers, communications management at droog, project-based copywriting for MediaMonks and ebuilders, and Art and Design Editor for designboom. A Master of Applied Ethics graduate from Utrecht University, Lara holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Industrial Design from RMIT University and has furthered studies in responsible innovation and ethics in technology.
