Nathalie Brocken

Nathalie Brocken is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and strategic change, particularly in humanitarian and social sectors. As the founder of the Rebel Foundation and currently serving at Rebel since 2014, Nathalie focuses on humanitarian reception initiatives. Previously, a Crisis Manager at Rode Kruis Nederland from May to October 2022 and a member of the supervisory board at Tiwos from January 2015 to February 2016, Nathalie has also provided consultancy and interim management services. Leadership roles include serving as Director at Zet | Schakel naar sociaal resultaat from 2007 to 2014 and as a strategic advisor at Prisma Brabant from 2000 to 2006. Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Executive Change Management from Sioo and another Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tilburg University. Additionally, Nathalie pursued education in arts at Codarts Rotterdam, enhancing a unique blend of skills in both management and creative sectors.
