Emily Parker

Emily Parker has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations professional at Rebellion Defense since October 2021. In this role, Emily manages employee benefits and 401(k) programs, oversees HR systems, and develops the US Employee Handbook in compliance with relevant laws. Previously, Emily held positions including Human Resources Manager at Parchment Inc., where responsibilities included managing a merger and transitioning the company from a PEO relationship, as well as leading benefits and wellness initiatives. Additional experience includes HR roles at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, Guaranteed Rate, GATX, McAndrews, Held & Malloy, Ltd., Leoni, and Plex Systems. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
