Hye Youn Kim

Hye Youn Kim has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Hye Youn began their career as a Global Human Resource Associate at Cheil Worldwide Inc. where they updated global HR policies, implemented customized HR Information Systems, and conducted training sessions for local HR professionals from 16 different countries. Hye Youn also analyzed human capital productivity and reviewed workforce restructuring plans from overseas networks, drafting a restructuring manual for managing directors to minimize legal risks. In 2018, they moved on to become an HR Manager at NEOWIZ Corp.

In 2019, they joined DDI | Development Dimensions International as a Training Facilitator. In 2020, they took on the role of Master Trainer at SNA-DDI Co, Ltd. Most recently, in 2022, they were named Head of People & Culture at Rebellions.

Hye Youn Kim received their Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Ewha Womans University between 2005 and 2007.
