Gaurav is currently serving as the Group Vice President Products & Platform at ReBIT | Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Nucleus Software, where they were responsible for complete engineering activities for multiple products, web and mobile applications. Gaurav also conceptualized, designed, and built AI-enabled features in the company's flagship product.

Gaurav played a key role in developing and launching a multi-tenant SaaS platform for biometrics.
At Nucleus Software, Gaurav M. served as the Associate Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for setting up a team of 100+ engineers to develop the FinnOne Neo CAS version 1.0. Gaurav also held the position of Senior Project Development Manager, overseeing developers, UX designers, architects, and testers contributing to the delivery of the product.
Gaurav M. has also gained experience at Pitney Bowes, GlobalLogic, Emageon (Apollo Health Street), National Informatics Center, Logiciel Infosys, and SQL Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they held various technical and managerial positions. Throughout their career, they have been involved in the design, development, and implementation of various software products and has received recognition for their innovative contributions in the industry.
Gaurav M. earned a Bachelor of Mathematical Science degree in Computer Science from Delhi University in 1999. Gaurav also completed an A Level degree in Computer Science from DOEACC in the same year. In 2001, they obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from MD University. Gaurav later pursued further education in Economics, Strategy, and Accounts, earning an EPBM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2008. In 2018, they completed a program on Innovation of Products & Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking at MIT Sloan School of Management.
