Tara Pitterson

Tara Pitterson has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Tara currently serves as the VP of Human Resource Operations at Reborn (Renovo West) since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Reborn Cabinets starting from March 2021. In 2015, they worked as a Business Owner/Consultant at Family 1st Realty & Investments LLC, where they coordinated financial education seminars and provided financial analysis and recommendations to clients. Tara also worked as a Human Resource Manager at Howard CDM from June 2020 to February 2021 and as a Human Resources Manager at Reborn Cabinets from January 2019 to June 2020. Tara'searly work experience includes roles at Walmart, where they served as an Operations Manager, Market Asset Protection Manager, and Human Resources Manager, handling responsibilities such as financial analysis, employee development, investigations, recruitment, and labor relations.

Tara Pitterson, PHR, attended California State University, Northridge from 1999 to 2004. Tara obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Management, with a focus on HR Management.
