Clint Eubanks

Clint Eubanks has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Engineer at PepsiCo, where they developed snack food concepts and patented a novel process for commercial salsa production. Clint then joined the United States Marine Corps as a Platoon Commander and later became an Executive Officer, where they led high-risk patrols, developed relationships with the Afghan National Army, and executed successful missions.

Following their military service, Clint worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and Engagement Manager, where they contributed to revenue growth for a Gulf Coast refiner, built a valuation model for a petrochemical company, and developed a stage gate process for capital projects at a major utility.

Clint then joined Forum Energy Technologies as a Project Manager and later became the Sr. Manager of Digital Transformation. In these roles, they brought ERP implementation capability in-house, saved millions in consulting fees, and led global project management initiatives.

After Forum Energy Technologies, Clint joined Pinnacle Reliability as a Program Manager and later became a Partner. Clint expanded their book of business, turned around distressed projects, and successfully integrated an acquired business, greatly contributing to the company's revenue and profits.

Currently, Clint is working at Rebound Dynamics, where they hold the position of General Manager and will soon transition into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Clint Eubanks received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
