Richmond Jerald Chua Ko

Richmond Jerald Chua Ko has held various positions in the software engineering industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at NetworkLabs, Inc. as a Test Automation Engineer and Software Engineer. During this time, they were certified in ISQTB Foundation Level Software Testing and migrated system component test plans and test cases from an old testing system to a new one. Richmond Jerald Chua also developed new system component test cases for new software features and refactored and optimized BTS O&M code in C++ programming language. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer and developed a small private company's custom inventory, sales and accounting system using Ruby on Rails framework and a FPS Easter Egg Hunt PC game titled Purgatory using Unity3D. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at ThinkBIT Solutions Phils. Inc. as an iOS Mobile Application Developer, at Advanced Card Systems Ltd. as a Technical QA Engineer, at SVEN Ingenuity Group as a Senior iOS Developer, and at TRIBE as a Senior iOS Developer. In 2019, they also worked at MoneyMe Financial Group as a Senior iOS Developer, where they developed and released a new version of the MoneyMe iOS app. Currently, they are working at Rebtel as an iOS Developer, where they are maintaining and developing new features for the Rebtel iOS mobile application, converting existing Objective-C legacy code to Swift, and developing CI/CD for iOS team using Azure DevOps with fastlane.

Richmond Jerald Chua Ko attended Saint Jude Catholic School from 1997 to 2007, where they earned their High School Diploma. Richmond Jerald Chua then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from De La Salle University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they also hold a certification in ISTQB Foundation Level.
