Christian Walters has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Christian currently serves as the Head of Commercial for Project Re:Car at Re:Build Manufacturing. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategic Operations at Rivian, where they led a cross-functional team and contributed to various areas such as operations strategy, sustainability, and cost estimating. Before joining Rivian, Christian was the President and CEO of Stewart-Peterson Group, Inc., a commodity risk management firm. Christian also held leadership positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, including Managing Director for the United States and General Manager for General Merchandise. Christian's early career includes roles in Lucent Technologies and serving as a Special Operations Officer in the US Army, where they piloted AH-6 "Littlebird" helicopters and received accolades for their performance.

Christian Walters has a diverse education history. Christian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Christian then pursued further education at Northwestern University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Strategy, and Operations. In addition to their MBA, Christian also holds a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree from Northwestern University, specializing in Innovation and Product Development.

Christian has also obtained two certifications in aviation. Christian is a certified Private Aircraft Pilot (Fixed Wing) by the Federal Aviation Administration, which they obtained in 1995. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Commercial Aircraft Pilot (Rotary Wing), which they obtained in 1994, also issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
