Garrett John L. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Recently, they joined Re:Build Manufacturing as a Software Engineer in February 2022. Before that, they served as a Music Director at St. James Anglican Catholic Church from June 2016 to May 2018, and as an Assistant Music Director at St. Paul's Episcopal Church from August 2013 to June 2016.

Garrett John L. has a diverse education history in the field of music and programming. During that time, they also pursued a Graduate Certificate in Historical Performance Practice from Case Western Reserve University.

In 2021, Garrett enrolled in Tech Elevator, where they are currently pursuing a certificate in Java Web Application Development Bootcamp.

In addition to their formal education, Garrett has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed the Learn Vue.js Course from Codecademy. In July 2019, they earned an Associate Certificate from the American Guild of Organists - National Headquarters. Furthermore, in June 2016, they obtained a B1 Zertifikat from the Goethe-Institut Chicago.
