Joshua Hanford

Joshua Hanford has a diverse work experience in the field of photography and creative production. Joshua started their career in 2010 with Joshua Hanford Photography, specializing in commercial adventure and lifestyle photography, cinematography, and production, working with clients such as Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, FCA, and more.

In 2015, Hanford joined AEG as a Commercial Photographer, responsible for photography, creative direction, and line producing. Joshua created content to promote and market AEG-owned music festivals nationally and provided photography and videography services for live music events in the Midwest.

Hanford worked as a Commercial Photographer and Cinematographer for Meijer from December 2019 to January 2022, producing commercial photography, cinematography, and production services for Meijer's new Market Concept stores for print and digital advertising and social media ad campaigns.

In 2020, they joined Petrolicious as a Contributing Photographer and Truck Hero as a Commercial Photographer. Hanford also served as a Team Photographer for the Detroit Lions starting in June 2019, capturing game days and special events with players and fans, with their work used in commercial advertisement, digital ad campaigns, and social media.

From September 2021 to January 2023, Hanford worked as a Creative Producer for RealTruck, producing high-end commercial visual media for RealTruck and its brands. Joshua managed day-to-day operations and shooting schedules of automotive photography/cinematography stages.

In 2023, Hanford briefly worked as a Senior Creative Specialist for Barton Malow and is currently employed as the Creative Director for Project Re:Car at Re:Build Manufacturing.

Joshua Hanford attended the College for Creative Studies from 2005 to 2008. During their time there, they focused on Graphic Design and Motion Graphics. In addition to their education, Joshua has also obtained a certification in Wrike Product Mastery: Silver from Wrike, which they achieved in January 2022.
