Sandra Hosler

Program Management Lead - Project Re:car at Re:Build Manufacturing

Sandra Hosler has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Sandra started their career at Chrysler Motors Corp as a Supplier Quality Specialist, working with audio and charging/cranking components. Sandra then joined Daimler Chrysler, where they held various roles, including Quality Manager for Electrical Product Development and Manufacturing Center Manager for Huntsville Electronics. At the same company, they also served as the Engineering Region Lead in the China R&D Center, leading a team of engineers and focusing on low-cost country sourcing, technical development, and vehicle program localization.

Hosler later joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as the Global Head of Vehicle Cybersecurity, leading a global team and establishing the company's vehicle cybersecurity strategy. Sandra also played a key role in developing governance procedures, security policy framework, and technical specifications. Additionally, they were the Model Responsible for the Jeep Cherokee in China, leading the localization of the vehicle's design in a joint venture manufacturing plant.

Currently, Hosler is working at Stellantis, where they have held multiple roles. Sandra served as the Chief Vehicle Engineer, overseeing the integration of autonomous systems into Stellantis vehicles and leading the development and execution of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Sandra also served as the Vice Chair of the Information Sharing Standing Committee and as a Board of Directors Alternate at the Automotive Information Sharing & Analysis Center (ISAC), where they represented Stellantis and directed the operation and strategy of ISAC.

Hosler's most recent role is as the Program Management Lead for Project Re:Car at Re:Build Manufacturing, a position they started in 2023.

Sandra Hosler has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wright State University. Sandra also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan.
