Tom Warters

Tom Warters is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various capacities. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Re:Build Manufacturing since April 2022, Tom is responsible for shaping the company's operating culture and overseeing all HR activities, including talent acquisition and diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Tom held several key positions at The Hartford, including Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, where responsibilities encompassed compensation and benefits alignment, as well as HR strategy for multiple business units. Previous experience at GE Capital included leadership roles in HR for global treasury operations and corporate finance, underscoring a strong background in supporting large employee populations across diverse sectors. Tom holds an MBA in Human Resources from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of the Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College.
