Victor Mroczkowski is currently working as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Total Production Solutions at Re:Build Manufacturing. Victor joined the company in March 2022 and is responsible for leveraging operational expertise and technology to improve performance across industrial platforms in diversified growth markets.

Before joining Re:Build Manufacturing, Victor worked at Boeing for several years. Their roles at Boeing included Director Of Operations, Electrical Systems Responsibility Center from June 2019 to March 2022, Director of 737MAX Propulsion South Carolina from April 2015 to June 2019, Sr. Manager of the 787 Program from June 2009 to April 2015, and EIS Supplier Program Manager / Execution Lead, GMD European Capability Program from July 2008 to May 2009. During their time at Boeing, Victor led various teams and was responsible for overseeing manufacturing, tooling, quality, and flight test integration for different projects.

Prior to their tenure at Boeing, Victor served as an Officer in the US Army from June 1997 to October 2005. Victor supervised combat operations for a Forward Operating Base, commanded a Special Forces counter-terrorism unit, and received recognition for outstanding achievement during classified operations.

Victor Mroczkowski has a diverse education history spanning across various fields of study. Victor completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical (Aero) Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2006 to 2008. During the same time period, Victor also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to their time at MIT, they studied Central and Eastern European Studies and earned a Master's degree from Jagiellonian University in 2006.
