Wayne Ratner

Wayne Ratner has extensive experience in the automotive supply industry, currently serving as Director at Rebuilders Automotive Supply since March 2023. Previously, Wayne held the position of Director of Operations at PGM of Texas, LLC from February 2021 to August 2023. Wayne's earlier role as Director of the Catalytic Converter Division at Rebuilders Automotive Supply spanned from March 2016 to February 2021, and prior to that, Wayne was the Vice President of Sales and Purchasing at Panhandle Converter Recycling from August 2014 to January 2016. In these roles, Wayne managed sales teams focused on the purchasing of automotive converters and parts containing recoverable precious metals, and successfully negotiated contracts with suppliers and refiners.
