Aaron Dungca

Aaron Dungca has a diverse work experience. Aaron is currently working as the Director of Merchant Success at Rebuy Engine since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Account Executive (First Sales Hire) at the same company from August 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Rebuy Engine, Aaron worked as a Freelancer/Consultant at Marketing and Business Solutions starting from May 2010.

From November 2020 to August 2021, Aaron worked at Shopify as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they provided merchant growth and upgrade consultancy for top businesses on Shopify. Aaron also worked as an Enterprise Sales Concierge from July 2019 to November 2020 at Shopify Plus, where they introduced high growth, high volume, or high complexity businesses to the Shopify Plus platform as a solution to their business needs. Aaron also served as a Customer Success Guru at Shopify from October 2017 to July 2019 and led the region in sales while exceeding revenue targets.

Before joining Shopify, Aaron worked at Artsmarketing Services Inc. from January 2014 to October 2017. Aaron served as a Sales Manager, leading and motivating sales/fundraising/legacy teams. Aaron was also a Sales Executive at the same company from February 2014 to October 2014.

Aaron also worked at Bôhten as a Marketing and Client Relations personnel from October 2013 to January 2017. Aaron was responsible for marketing and client relations.

At The World Advisory Company, Aaron worked as a Marketing Consultant from October 2012 to October 2013. Aaron helped in developing the firm's marketing/expansion strategy.

Aaron's work experience also includes a role as a Project Manager at SwapDistrict from September 2011 to May 2013. Aaron developed marketing strategies for the website launch, managed social media and field campaigns, and conducted market research.

In addition, Aaron volunteered as an Archival Assistant at Hispanic Link News Service from May 2011 to August 2011. Aaron digitized historical articles, developed procedures for record processing and storage, and evaluated files for completeness and accuracy.

Aaron Dungca has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in International Marketing from the American University - Kogod School of Business. Aaron also holds a Certificate in IP Law and Management with a field of study in Intellectual Property Law from the University of the Western Cape. Furthermore, Aaron obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma with a field of study in Sociology and Anthropology from the United Nations International School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Asking Great Sales Questions, Cold Calling: Overcoming Sales Objections, Shopify Ecommerce for Marketers, and Solution Sales from LinkedIn in November 2020.
