Diana Ibarra has a diverse work experience that spans from 2013 to 2022. In 2013, they worked as an intern at Peas Farm and Wolf Conservation Center. Diana then worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Montana in 2013 and 2014, where they traveled around the state to obtain water quality samples and taught undergraduate students how to accurately obtain samples. In 2014, they worked as an Educator at the Clark Fork Watershed Education Program, where they travelled to 4 local high schools and coached 40+ classrooms on watershed pollution education. In 2015, they worked as a Trail Crew Member at the Montana Conservation Corps, which led to increased confidence, communication and leadership skills. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as a Senior Field Guide at Outback Therapeutic Expeditions and Second Nature Wilderness Family Therapy, respectively. In 2022, they are currently working as a Support Engineer at ReBuy Engine and a FullStack Admissions Mentor and Teaching Assistant at V School.
Diana Ibarra obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science/ Biology from Purchase College, SUNY in 2013. Diana then went on to pursue their Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Diana completed the Southwest Educator Course from NOLS. In 2018, they obtained their 200 RYT certification from Yoga Alliance. Lastly, Diana recently obtained their Certification in Web Development from V School in February 2022.
