Anna Pietrek

Anna Pietrek is an experienced UX researcher with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience in e-commerce and omnichannel environments. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at rebuy recommerce GmbH since October 2022, Anna has held senior roles at BEWATEC ConnectedCare GmbH and diffferent, along with experience at USEEDS° GmbH and Mister Spex. Previous roles include freelance work as a UX researcher and positions at HERE, MAJOR Sales GmbH, HFC Human-Factors-Consult GmbH, and an internship at Kompetenzinitiative Usability at TU Berlin. Anna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Factors from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Düsseldorf, complemented by training as a healthcare professional.
