Janina Cußmann

Janina Cußmann has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Janina began their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Manager at AOL. In 2010, they moved to NumberFour AG as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2012, they joined Wooga as a Senior Human Resources Manager, and was promoted to Head of People Operations and then Lead HR Manager. In 2015, they changed companies and became Head of HR at diffferent. In 2016, they joined AMBOSS as Director of HR and was later promoted to Head of HR. In 2022, they will become Chief People Officer at rebuy recommerce GmbH.

Janina Cußmann completed their Diplom-Wirtschaftspsychologin degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2007. In 2005, they attended The University of Texas-Pan American to study Business Administration and Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in March 2015, a Fitness Trainer B-Licence in April 2012, and is a Certified Agile HR Manager.
