Nihal Erkurt has worked in the hospitality industry since 2011. Nihal began their career at Grimm's Hotels as a Front Office Clerk. In 2011, they joined Titanic Hotels where they worked as a Front Office Manager and Ausbildungsleiter. In 2016, they moved to rebuy recommerce GmbH and held roles as an HR-Generalist and Office-Manager.

Nihal Erkurt attended Brillat-Savarin-Schule from 2007 to 2010. In September 2010, they obtained the Ausbildereignungspr\u00fcfung certification from IHK Berlin.
