Jonathan Chang

Jonathan Chang is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project engineering, process industrialization, and research. Currently serving as an Associate Project Engineer at UL Solutions since May 2024, Jonathan previously held the position of Process Industrialization Engineer at REC, where significant achievements included spearheading the commissioning of a 400MW Heterojunction PECVD solar cell line and optimizing processes through Statistical Process Control methodologies. Earlier roles include Research Engineer at Durapower Holdings, where Jonathan focused on pouch cell fabrication and failure analysis, as well as a Sustainability Engineer at Zero Waste City, addressing waste management issues in Southeast Asia. Jonathan also has experience in customer success and education, holding a degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
