Catarina Maciel

Catarina Maciel is the current VP of People at re:cap. Prior to their current position, they were the VP of People at Estating from April 2021 to November 2021. Catarina has also held the position of HR Business Partner at N26 Group from October 2016 to December 2020 and HR-Manager at tecops personal GmbH from August 2015 to October 2016. Maciel has also worked as a Klassenlehrerin at Schule am Schloss from August 2014 to August 2015 and as a Lehrerin at Integrierte Sekundarschule am Schloss from February 2014 to August 2015. Catarina began their career as a Referendarin at Schule am Schloss from February 2013 to February 2014. Lastly, they were the Head of student development at Hanseatic Consulting – Studentische Unternehmensberatung e. V. from May 2010 to July 2011.

Catarina Maciel has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education (M.Ed.) from University of Hamburg. Catarina has studied Pedagogy, Mathematics, Sociology, Religion, Sport, and Physical Education at the University of Hamburg.
