Ricarda Lara Stötzel began their career in 2008 as an Intern Marketing Communications Manager at Granzow Marketing GmbH & Co. KG. In 2012, they moved to Wahl-Group as a Financial Accountant / Assistant CFO. In 2013, they joined oneAssist UG as an Assistant CEO / HR-Management/ Accounting / Finance. From 2014 to 2016, they were with NeuroNation as a Financial Accounting/ Controlling/ HR-Management/ Business Development. Since 2016, they have been with Recare in various roles, including HR-Manager, Team Lead Partner Management, Partner Manager, Operations Manager, and HR-Manager/ Finance/ Business Development.

Ricarda Lara Stötzel completed their Automobilkauffrau Ausbildung at Wahl Group from 2009 to 2012. Ricarda Lara then attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration. In 2020, they completed a SQL Nanodegree at Udacity in the field of SQL.
