Daniel Liebl

Daniel Liebl is a Modul Design Engineer at RECARO Aircraft Seating, focusing on composites development since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientific Assistant at Fraunhofer ICT specializing in polymer engineering and as a Master's thesis student at ALBACOPTER®, where process development for thermoplastic pultrusion profiles was undertaken. Daniel's background also includes external membership with Chalmers Formula Student, contributing to the development of an additively manufactured brake caliper, and involvement with AUDI AG in lightweight construction and special bodywork development for electric vehicles. Additionally, Daniel has performed metallographic studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and conducted experimental analyses on machining processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Material Science and Engineering from KIT and Chalmers University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science from KIT.
