Felix Jursa

Felix Jursa currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Products at RECARO Aircraft Seating, having joined the company in February 2016. In this role, Felix oversees strategic transformation projects, corporate strategy communication, and the alignment of strategic programs and performance metrics within the aviation industry. Previously, Felix held positions including Team Leader Product Excellence and Manager Corporate Strategy, where responsibilities involved conducting strategic reviews and continuous market monitoring. Felix also has extensive experience in IT project management, demonstrated through leadership roles in the rollout of various software systems at RECARO, as well as earlier roles as a Business Intelligence Consultant. Felix earned a Diploma in Economic Computer Science from Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2006 to 2011.
