Manikanta Bijju

Manikanta Bijju is a seasoned engineer currently serving as the Lead Engineer at RECARO Aircraft Seating, where responsibilities include resource planning, budgeting, and implementing agile methodologies to achieve project goals. With extensive experience in the aerospace industry, Manikanta has held multiple positions at RECARO, including Design Validation Engineer III and II, focusing on occupant safety through crash scenario analysis and simulation data interpretation. Prior roles involved dynamic and static finite element analysis, certification report writing, and collaboration with international teams to enhance seat designs and ensure regulatory compliance. Manikanta holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
