Max Kalisch

Max Kalisch has a solid background in engineering and aviation. Max began their career at Hydro Systems KG as a Design Engineer in September 2011 before becoming a Project Engineer in February 2012. Max worked at Hydro Systems KG until April 2015. In May 2015, they joined RECARO Aircraft Seating as a Program Specialist, and in August 2016, they were promoted to Program Manager. In January 2019, they became the Strategic Project Manager to the Executive Board. From June 2020 to April 2023, they served as Team Leader Customer Programs. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Strategic Purchasing at RECARO Aircraft Seating.

Max Kalisch attended Oconomowoc High School from 2004 to 2005. Max then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2012.
