Niklas Weiser

Niklas Weiser has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Niklas is currently serving as the Head of Accounting & Taxation at RECARO Aircraft Seating, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) at Humanetics Group, where they held multiple roles including Geschäftsführer of Human Solutions GmbH, Avalution GmbH, and Humanetics Europe GmbH. Niklas also served as the Finance Director Europe at Humanetics Group from 2021 to 2022. Before their time at Humanetics Group, Niklas was the Finance Director EMEA and Geschäftsführer at LJUNGSTRÖM | ARVOS Group between 2017 and 2021. Niklas has also worked as a Senior Financial Manager at atg Luther & Maelzer and as a Senior Controller at Deublin Company. Niklas started their career as a Financial Controller at Veritas AG in 2006.
