Fumio O. has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1985, they worked for BLIMP Co.,Ltd. in various roles, including IT manager, Center president of Sendai branch office, Sales Dept. Manager, and Sales staff. In 2002, they moved to RECARO Japan Co., Ltd. as IT manager. There, their responsibilities included preparation and tracking of the budget for IT, taking responsibility to handle whole IT issues, implementation of the network and IT facilities, and apps, support of implementation of SAP R/3 to OEM business, project management, organization of SAP Key-user team, consultation regarding SAP, development of add-on application for SAP with ABAP/BAPI, development of Web application on open source platform and Windows, development of a production quality system, improvement of physical security, IT integration, support of roll-out Office365 solution, support of implementation of PLM system, implementation of Managed LAN and Wireless LAN service, replacement of server infrastructure, implementation of ManageEngine, and taking over management of telephone service environments/equipment/contracts. In 2020, they joined RECARO Automotive Japan Co., LTD. as an IT Specialist.

Fumio O. obtained a Bachelor degree in Traffic Mechanical Engineering from Meijo University between 1980 and 1985. In 2003, they earned a Network specialist certification from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In 2016, they also obtained an ITIL\u00ae Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF) from ITILF.
