Harshit Singh

Harshit Singh's work experience includes their current role as a Customer Quality Engineer at RECARO Automotive, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Zhongding Group as a Lead Quality Engineer from October 2018 to November 2022. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as leading the completion of audits, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, managing customer requirements, and resolving conflicts. Before that, they worked as an Industrial Engineer at IET, Inc. from November 2017 to September 2018, where they achieved improvements in quality, production time, and performance metrics. Harshit also has experience as a Quality and Safety Student Assistant at Aramark from November 2015 to May 2017, where they implemented and audited corporate guidelines and conducted safety and quality inspections. Additionally, they served as Vice President of Business Development at AIESEC India for six months as a team member and 12 months as a team leader, where they generated sales leads and serviced clients.

Harshit Singh holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, which they obtained from Wayne State University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2010 to 2014. In their earlier years, Harshit completed their Class 12 education from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they focused on mathematics, physics, and chemistry from 2005 to 2010.

Aside from their formal education, Harshit also received additional certifications. In May 2017, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Wayne State University. In May 2021, they acquired the Lead QMS Auditor certification for the Automotive Industry (IATF 16949:2016/ISO 9001:2015) from Omnex Inc.
