Robert Mathews has over 20 years of work experience in program management and engineering roles in the automotive industry. Robert started their career as a Process Engineer at Woodbridge Foam Corporation in 1994 and later worked as a Product Engineer for Ford Chesterfield seating joint venture. In 2001, they became a Program Manager at Woodbridge Foam Corporation, where they were responsible for managing automotive interior parts programs for major automotive suppliers such as Chrysler, Ford, and Tier I supplier accounts. Robert also served as a Project Engineer and was involved in technical support during launch and design-for-manufacturing of seats, armrests, and headrests. In 2009, they joined RECARO North America as a Program Manager, and in 2011, they moved to Brembo North America in the same role. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in program management, design, tooling, and launch of automotive components.
Robert Mathews attended Lawrence Technological University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
