Ava Alemazkoor

Ava Alemazkoor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network development and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Network at Recast Capital since August 2023, Ava previously held the same title at Kauffman Fellows, an influential expert network in innovation investing, from June 2019 to June 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ava co-founded LALABAM, a sustainable beauty line, while also managing marketing and communications for 30 SECOND PITCH. Prior experience includes program management at Orange Fab Accelerator, event coordination for Bravo TV’s "Startup Silicon Valley," and various roles in merchandising and marketing. Ava holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design and Merchandising with a focus in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
