Ben Ward is currently the Field CTO for the UK&I at Recast Software, specializing in End User Computing and Digital Workplace strategies. Previously, Ben held various roles, including Principal SE & UK&I Field Technologist at IGEL Technology, and Senior EUC SE at VMware, where they advised enterprises on modern workplace strategies. Ben has a diverse background in IT support and consultancy, having worked for organizations such as Citrix and ICM Computer Group. They earned a BSc Open and a diploma in Environment and Development from The Open University.
