Branden Hammann has been in the IT industry since 2013. Branden began their career as a Multi-Channel Salesman at Best Buy in 2013, before moving to Geek Squad as an L2 Desktop Support Technician, Technology Education Agent, Consultation Agent, and Operations Agent from 2014-2020. In 2020, they moved back to Best Buy as an L2 Lead Desktop Support Technician, and in 2021 they joined Recast Software as a Technical Support Engineer.
Branden Hammann obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Normandale Community College between 2013 and 2019. Branden also holds certifications from HP, Apple, Resource Realizations, and Code School. Specifically, they obtained an HP Commercial Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks Service Qualification (Release 4.0 / 2017) from HP in March 2019, an IOS Certified from Apple in October 2015, a Certificate of Leadership from Resource Realizations in August 2012, and Flying Through Python and Front-end Foundations from Code School.
