Michelle Chen

Michelle Chen has held various roles in the marketing and product management fields since 2006. Michelle began their career at Ultrasave Lighting Ltd. as a Product Marketing Manager in 2006. In 2013, they joined Neopost, where they held roles as a Senior Product Manager, Communication and Shipping Solution, Product Manager, Communication and Shipping Solutions, and Product Manager, Document Systems and Software. In 2019, they moved to Quadient as a Senior Manager Global Campaigns. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Recast Software as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager.

Michelle Chen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, where they studied Marketing and International Business. Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, with a focus in Finance and Marketing. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, LinkedIn, and other institutions. These include the Quadient Ignite Program (2022), Becoming an Agile Coach (2021), Lead Generation: Social Media (2021), and The Step-by-Step Guide to Building your Thought Leadership on LinkedIn (2021).
