Ketan Gaikwad

Ketan Gaikwad has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Ketan is currently the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Barclays for 8 years from March 2011 to March 2019, holding the position of Director, Head- Global Corporates, Trade & Working Capital, India. Before joining Barclays, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Director in Transaction Banking from 2008 to 2011, and previously as a Senior Manager in Trade Services from 1997 to 2008. Ketan also has experience at IDBI Bank as Trade Finance from 1995 to 1997, at MUFG as a Trade Specialist from 1994 to 1995, and at Bank of Baroda as a Cashier from 1991 to 1994.

Ketan Gaikwad completed a Leadership Programme for Senior Executives in Business and General Management at INSEAD in 2012-2013. Before that, they obtained a Masters in Management with a specialization in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, from 2003 to 2006. Ketan also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from KC College, though the specific years of completion are unknown.
