You deserve to have a strong comfort level with the professionalism of those handling your special event. The company trains & retains staff at all levels. Beyond the fact that many banquet captains have over ten years of tenure, Receptions' top twelve managers boast over 150 years combined experience in the food & beverage industry. You can rely upon us to execute flawlessly.

Our Food:

We take extreme pride in what we serve you. Within the industry, the culinary expertise of our chef staff is formidable. All menu items are prepared from scratch and recipes are meticulously constructed. We will match our chefs against any in the industry. They can also sculpt custom ice carvings or unusual food displays. Any of your desires can be satisfied by our executive chef staff.

Our Facilities:

Our buildings are meticulously maintained. You should have a reasonable expectation as to how a room will look six months or a year from when you book it.
