Pearl Chen

Pearl Chen currently serves as the Director of Product at Receptiviti since June 2023. Previously, Pearl held the positions of Director of Product Management and Group Product Leader for APIs at FreshBooks from January 2021 to March 2023. Pearl's experience also includes roles as Senior Technical Product Manager and Manager of Developer Relations at ecobee, along with founding a technology education studio, Karma Laboratory, where Pearl developed tools and curriculum. Additional positions include Head of Developer Relations at Connected Lab, IoT Developer Relations at Intel, Technical Writer for Google Chrome DevRel, Lead Frontend Developer at Nascent Digital, Senior Manager of Research & Technology at CFC Media Lab, and Sessional Instructor at Centennial College. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Image Arts: New Media from Ryerson University and a Post-Graduate degree in Interactive Art & Entertainment from the Canadian Film Centre.
