Josefine Nilsson

Josefine Nilsson has a robust background in energy solutions and business development, currently serving as the Head of Energy Solutions and Head of Business Development at Recharge since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development & Strategy Manager at Recharge, Business Development Manager for Biorefinery at SCA from September 2019 to August 2021, and R&D Manager at Absolicon Solar Collector AB from January 2018 to August 2019. Additionally, Josefine has held positions such as System Surveillance EDIEL at Umeå Energi AB and worked in a laboratory role at SCA – Hygiene and Forest Products. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Umeå University, completed between 2012 and 2018, along with further studies at the University of Calgary in 2016.
