Tatiane Tassinari

Tatiane Tassinari is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as Group Engineering Manager at Recharge since February 2019, where Tatiane progressed through roles as Engineering Manager and Team Lead. Prior experience includes over four years as QA Engineer at ADP, contributing to a development scrum team focused on continuous delivery and user access, along with roles at UppTalk, NeoGrid, IBM, and Confederação Sicredi. Tatiane has also held the responsibility of Product Owner, managing and prioritizing product backlogs while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Tatiane holds a Pós-graduação in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, complemented by a CTFL Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB CERTIFICATION INSTITUTE.
