Alex McCaffrey

Alex McCaffrey is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in engineering, customer service, and outdoor recreation. Currently serving as a Senior Migration Engineer at Recharge since November 2021, Alex has held multiple roles including Migration Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Alex worked at Vacasa where responsibilities included acting as a liaison for the Admin team and resolving payment issues. Alex’s background also includes experience as a Ski Patroller with Vail Ski Patrol, where leadership and emergency medical skills were developed. Additionally, Alex is the owner of TECTONIC MVMT, a mountain lifestyle brand, and possesses a strong academic background in natural resource tourism and software engineering, complemented by certifications in pilot training and emergency medical services.
