Caitlan Shumaker

Caitlan Shumaker currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and CTO at Recharge, where responsibilities include supporting executive leadership and developing the Product Design Life Cycle and Product Launch Processes since February 2022. Prior to this role, Caitlan worked as a Product and Operations Manager at Pizzatime, contributing to the growth of the startup from a three-person team to 35 in two years and diversifying product offerings. Additionally, experience includes working as a Technical Executive Assistant at Post-PC Labs, LLC, and various engineering and managerial positions at Magna International, where responsibilities encompassed logistics, packaging, lean manufacturing, and project management. Caitlan holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University.
