With a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Richard is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing content for the organization’s website and social networking channels, tracking website traffic flow, fixing online content errors, and attending networking events to ensure the brand stays ahead of industry developments.
