Paco Poler

Paco Poler is a data scientist at Recidiviz since September 2019, contributing to data-driven intervention strategies in criminal justice through the Spark project. Previously, Paco served as a product manager at the Fund for Guaranteed Income from June 2021 to September 2021, focusing on improving LA County's pretrial justice system. Earlier experience includes working as a mechanical engineer at Orbit Fab, where Paco co-designed a key mechanical system for re-fuelable spacecraft. Paco's educational background includes a degree from Stanford University, along with advanced mathematical training through programs such as PROMYS and HCSSiM.
