Ben Longden serves as the Design Director at Recipe since May 2024 and is a co-founder at LOBA Studio, also starting in December 2023. Additionally, Ben Longden operates as a Freelance Design Director through Ben Longden Design since March 2022, and previously held the role of Design Director at Clokkemaker from February 2023 to May 2024. Longden has extensive experience as the Director at RoomFifty from December 2017 to February 2024, and as Head of Brand Design at Cord from June 2021 to February 2023. Prior positions include Digital Design Director and Designer at Guardian News & Media from April 2015 to June 2021, part-time Graphic Design teacher at Shillington Education from September 2016 to August 2018, and Senior Graphic Designer at BothAssociates from May 2013 to April 2015. Longden began a design career at Sea Communications, focusing on large-scale digital and service design projects for notable clients. Ben Longden holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Falmouth University, attained in 2011.
