Melissa Dechateauvert, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Training and Operations Excellence at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. With previous roles as General Manager at Kelsey's Roadhouse and Manager of Guest Experience at Kelsey's Restaurant, as well as a background in 3D Design for Broadcast and Animation from Humber College, Melissa has a strong foundation in both operations and creativity. Following their time at Walt's Beanery as a Food and Beverage Manager, bartender, and bar manager, Melissa possesses a well-rounded skill set that allows their to excel in their current role.
