Ina Quinn

Ina Quinn is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Global Head of Operations at Recipharm since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ina Quinn had a long tenure at Novartis from October 2007 to November 2021, where key positions included Global Head of Manufacturing Functions, Global Head of Anti-Infective and Chemical Operations, Site Head of Steriles, and Head of PU Pre-Filled Syringes & Liquid Steriles. Responsibilities encompassed planning, problem-solving, and coaching within sterile manufacturing. Ina Quinn also served as a Senior QA Expert and a Supply Manager, overseeing planning activities, compliance, and inventory management across multiple manufacturing sites. Earlier in the career, Ina Quinn worked as a Process Manager at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and was an Analyst on the Analytical Joint Development Team. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organic & Pharmaceutical Chemistry from University College Cork and a BSc in Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Dublin City University.
