Janine Trommer

Janine Trommer currently serves as the Head of Executive Office and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Recipharm since August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Administrative Expert for Cell & Gene Therapy at Novartis, where support was provided to executives in global commercial strategy, focusing on CAR-T treatment for leukemia. A sabbatical in 2020 involved global travel, mentoring executive assistants, and volunteering in a life science startup. Previous positions include Executive Assistant to the CEO at Lonza, Executive Assistant to the CIO and CEO at Mundipharma IT Services, and Personal Assistant to the Head of SBU Dermatology at Bayer Consumer Care AG. Janine began the career in hospitality, holding managerial positions at two hotels. Janine holds various qualifications, including a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
