Mattias Pettersson

Mattias Pettersson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mattias started their career as an Elektriker at Manpower Sverige in 2007 and stayed there until 2009. Mattias then joined IKEA Group and participated in an establishment project before moving on to McNeil AB in Helsingborg in 2010. At McNeil AB, they worked as a Transport Planner & Master Data Implementation Lead, responsible for logistics and planning, followed by a role as a Produktionsledare, overseeing production planning and quality control in a GMP environment.

In 2018, Mattias joined Upfield as a Supply Planning Specialist, managing production planning, procurement, and customer relations. Mattias later took on the role of Project Lead & Team Lead Planning, leading a project to implement SAP for the entire factory. Mattias conducted workshops and successfully completed the implementation within six months.

In 2020, Mattias moved to VICTORIA SCANDINAVIAN SOAP AB, where they initially served as an Inköps- och planeringsansvarig, handling planning, procurement, and inventory management. Mattias then became the Produktionschef, leading a team of 70 process operators and focusing on efficiency and performance improvement.

Currently, Mattias is the Head of Supply Chain at Recipharm, where they are responsible for the supply chain function, including procurement, inventory management, and customer and supplier relationships. Mattias has also worked on developing key performance indicators and analyzing results.

Throughout their career, Mattias has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills in the areas of supply chain, production, and logistics.

Mattias Pettersson has a diverse education history. Mattias attended Lorensbergs in 2021-2022 to pursue a Ledarskaps- & Chefsutbildning. During the same period, they also studied SAP S4/HANA & Fiori at NTT Data. In 2019, they took courses in SAP R3/APO & S4 Hana/IBP at Upfield and completed a Fallskyddsutbildning at Procurator. In 2010, they studied GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice at McNeil. Mattias also has a Yrkesutbildning in Elektriker from Lernia, which they obtained in 2006-2007. Mattias holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration & Logistics from Malmö University, which they completed from 2015 to 2018. Their earlier education includes completing Teknikprogrammet at Tycho Braheskolan from 2000 to 2005.
